Known affectionately by regulars as ‘The Brick’, this traditional, welcoming pub is within easy walking distance of Bromley’s busy town centre and The Glades shopping centre.
Built in the early 1900s, it has recently been redecorated with distinctive hanging baskets which add to its character. An attractive outdoor two-storey, heated smoking area is also available.
Inside, the split-level layout features an upper and lower bar serving beers and a selection of wines. Licensees Jonathan and Veronica Berry grow their own herbs so their popular menu has an extra piquancy!
Monthly live music nights opt for easy listening in the style of Frank Sinatra and ‘The Rat Pack’, while sports fans can enjoy Sky TV showing horse racing, golf, football, cricket and rugby.
The Bricklayers Arms won the Bromley Best Bar None Award for Responsible Retailing (small venue) 2011, thanks to its exceptionally high standards of innkeeping.
