The Village of Danbury is two miles from Chelmsford, off junction 18 of the A12 - follow signs to Maldon.

Once in Danbury, at the mini-roundabout, take the second junction (right) on to Well Lane. At the T-junction, turn left onto Woodhill Road. After about 400 metres, take the slip road onto Penny Royal Road and the Cricketers Arms is on the left.
