The Sea View is positioned on the main road in Birchington, close to the railway station and a short distance from the beach and the Powell-Cotton Museum at Quex Park and Gardens. 

By car: From the Thanet Way take the second exit off the roundabout on to A28 (Canterbury Road). Turn left at mini-roundabout on to The Square. Follow Station Road straight on. Arrive at the Sea View Hotel on your left hand side.

By bus: 34, 8
