As the Manager of a Shepherd Neame pub, you can expect to enjoy a rewarding career. The process for starting that career is clear and straightforward.

Having responded to a vacancy advertised on the Shepherd Neame website or in the press with a fully completed application form, CV and covering letter, you may find yourself invited to an interview with the Retail District Manager.

It is at this interview that you will be asked to give your ideas on increasing trade, future marketing opportunities and how your experience will help you in the new role.

If successful you will be invited to a second interview, this time with the Retail Director when you will be tasked with presenting a business plan.

A successful final interview sees you poised for a dynamic career in a varied and exciting environment, all the while supported by Shepherd Neame.
