Once we’ve found the right pub for you to manage, you will have complete responsibility for the business, bringing you a diverse and challenging range of opportunities.
As manager, you are responsible for developing trade, maintaining and improving standards, food and liquor management and stock control, marketing your pub, recruiting and coaching staff, and making sure your pub meets and exceeds the expectations of your customers.
Shepherd Neame will support you every step of the way and you will be helped by a well-trained team of staff. Managers work closely with their District Manager to ensure the smooth running of the pub and their input into such factors as local marketing of the business and suggesting events is welcomed.
