Job Description

Shepherd Neame is Britain’s oldest brewer. We are the proud owners of over 365 pubs, restaurants and hotels across the South East of England, which includes 135 Listed Buildings and over 200 within Conservation Areas. The Property Department’s aim is to provide a class leading estate management and design / refurbishment service to both our Retail and Tenanted customers.
 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our in house property team. You will play a key role in providing project and maintenance services across our tenanted estate, and will work to demanding standards in return for an exciting and rewarding career opportunity.
 

Additional Information

Reporting to the Head of Property Services, you will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. IT literacy and a sound working knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance, health and safety, and procurement disciplines are key attributes.
This position will expand our existing team and we would welcome applicants across a broad spectrum of experience.
 

The position is based at the Brewery in Faversham. The normal working week is Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00, with some flexibility required during busy periods.

This is a full time salaried position, with associated company benefits and company car, as travel is required within this role.
