JUNIOR SOUS CHEF
The George Hotel and Brasserie in Cranbrook, Kent has been voted one of the top 25 gastro hotels in England by The Observer newspaper. The George is noted for its high standards and imaginitive menus. It holds one rosette for its restaurant and is keen to acquire another very soon.

We wish to appoint an ambitious JUNIOR SOUS CHEF or SENIOR CHEF de PARTIE who aspires to progress in an AA Rosette standard kitchen producing high quality a la carte meals.

The successful candidate will have some experience in this type of environment and have a passion for producing food to a very high standard using fresh local produce.

Competitive rates of pay based on experience, together with a 5-day week preparing breakfasts, lunches and evening meals. Participation in the Shepherd Neame 'Chef Development Programme' The position is on a live-out basis.

ASSISTANT MANAGER
