The Tudor Rose bar, restaurant and carvery offers a warm welcome and a family-friendly atmosphere. Originally two cottages, the building dates from the 1750s and great care has been taken to preserve its warm, comfortable feel.
You’ll find a range of classic, hearty meals at the Tudor Rose. The pub offers a wide selection of dishes on its main menu including homemade turkey, leek and ham pie, smoked haddock with poached egg, and the Tudor Rose burger made with garlic, shallots and thyme and served on ciabatta with gruyere cheese and smoked bacon. There is also a light lunch menu with sandwiches and jacket potatoes.
The Tudor Rose also offers a weekend carvery with fresh, locally sourced and seasonal produce complementing a choice of four roasts – beef, ham, turkey and pork.
