The King William IV, located in the heart of the Wealden village of Benenden, is an unspoilt local that dates back to the 16th century. Close to the attractive village green, cricket pitch and church, this pub is also near to Sissinghurst Castle.

You’ll be greeted by a warm welcome from licensees, Paul and Jackie at the King William. There are two areas to enjoy; the hustle and bustle of the bar has the chatter of friendly locals or you can enjoy a meal in the separate restaurant area.

The menu features dishes to suit all tastes, with an emphasis on hearty and well executed pub classics.

If you’re feeling festive you may want to book a table to enjoy the Christmas Party menu one lunchtime or evening which runs until 24th December. It is priced at a very reasonable two courses for £19.95 or three courses for £24.95.
