The brewers of Kent have joined forces for the second year running to bring a raft of green hop beers to drinkers in Kent – perfectly timed to celebrate Cask Ale Week.
There are just four ingredients in cask beer – water, malted barley, yeast and hops. It is the latter of these that are probably the least understood.
