Featured Recipe: Baked Camembert in the Box with Garlic and Rosemary, with Crusty Bread

Perfect sharing dish, that goes very well with beer. Serve with Beer tasting shots on the side and some homemade cranberry sauce and crusty bread or toast. Try drizzling cubes of stale ciabatta with a little olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and toast, then thread onto long kebab skewers or stripped rosemary twigs and serve with the baked cheese.

250g camembert in wooden box
1 clove garlic
A few tips of fresh rosemary
Olive oil
Bread and cranberry sauce to serve

1/ Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Leaving it in the box, cut slits in the top layer of skin. Finely slice a peeled garlic clove and poke the slices into the holes with a few fresh rosemary tips. Drizzle with a little olive oil then bake in the hot oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until melting in the middle.
2/ Toast or warm the bread to serve.
