A day of wacky fundraising activities at a village pub in Kent raised £4,000 for a children’s charity.
Shepherd Neame pub The Saddler in Minster hosted the event, organised by village resident Etta Bonugli as her 16-year-old daughter Isi has Rett Syndrome - a rare neurodevelopmental disorder usually diagnosed in girls around their first birthday, which is currently incurable.

The Shepherd Neame pub in Hamilton Road is offering karaoke on Friday, May 1, a disco on Saturday, May 2, and live music on Sunday, May 3.

Enjoy an evening of comedy at The Old Brewery Store in Faversham.
The events venue at the Shepherd Neame brewery is hosting a comedy night on the first Thursday of every month, and the next show is taking place on Thursday, May 7.
It is being hosted for a second time by Faversham comedian Richard Coughlan, and will feature another local performer, Dave Bailey from Sittingbourne.
