You could substitute the black pudding for haggis for another flavour variety. For a plain Pork belly Scotch egg just omit the black pudding and increase the amount of minced pork accordingly.

  • Brewery Backs Fundraiser in Memory of Young Soldier

    A rugby tournament organised to raise money in memory of a young soldier is being sponsored by Shepherd Neame. Lieutenant Aaron Lewis was killed in action aged 26 while on his first deployment with the 29 Commando Unit to Afghanistan in 2008. Family and friends of the soldier, from Rochford in Essex, set up a charitable foundation in his name, which has already raised almost £200,000. It organises
